Email polytrack.cash@gmail.com. Include the affected URL or dashboard area, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time with its timezone. Never send a password, private key, seed phrase, payment credential, or full Telegram bot token.

Product or account problem.

Name the page, account email, last successful step, and exact error text. For signup, login, subscription, dashboard, or alert problems, say whether the failure repeats and which browser or device you used.

For Telegram, specify whether setup testing, HIGH severity alerts, or watched-wallet alerts are affected. Revoke the bot token through Telegram if it may have been exposed.

Data or copy correction.

Send the market or wallet URL, disputed field or sentence, observed value, time and timezone, and the source used for comparison. A screenshot can help, but include the underlying URL as well.

Remember that prices, positions, PnL, activity, and rankings can change after observation.

Security report.

Describe the affected route, required conditions, impact, and a minimal safe reproduction. Do not access another user's data, degrade production, expose live secrets, or send destructive payloads.

Polytrack does not currently publish a bounty or promise a reward.

A precise URL and question can be answered more reliably than a general request for comment.
