Terms of Service and risk disclosure.

Using Polytrack means accepting these terms, including the risk disclosure below: severity labels and any use of the word "insider" are heuristic classifications, not proof of wrongdoing, and most flagged trades are not insider trading. Polytrack is not financial, legal, or investment advice, and the operator is not liable for trading or financial losses connected to your use of the service.

Acceptance of these terms and eligibility.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of Polytrack ("Polytrack," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of polytrack.cash and the Polytrack dashboard (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, completing a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter a binding contract and to hold or pay with the payment method you use, to use the Service. You are responsible for confirming that using a prediction-market monitoring tool, holding cryptocurrency, and making the payments described below are lawful where you live and where you access the Service from. Polytrack does not operate Polymarket, does not place trades, and does not hold customer funds or positions on Polymarket.

What the Service is - and is not.

Polytrack is an independent monitoring and analytics dashboard for public Polymarket activity. It organizes trades the monitor receives, applies a severity classifier, and surfaces wallet, market, ranking, and alert views built from that monitored data. See the Methodology, Data sources, and Limitations pages for how those records and scores are produced and what they do not prove.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on polytrack.cash or in the dashboard - including a severity label, an alert, a leaderboard rank, a wallet profile, or any written commentary - is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any position, or a recommendation to take any action on Polymarket or elsewhere. Polytrack is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and no part of the Service should be treated as if it were.

Risk disclosure: "insider" activity is a heuristic label, not a finding.

This is the most important section of these Terms. Read it carefully before relying on anything Polytrack shows you.

Polytrack's severity classifier and any related language describing a trade as unusual, suspicious, whale-sized, or "insider" activity is a statistical and heuristic screen, not a verified finding. It compares a monitored trade against configured signals such as size, short-window volume, market movement, and wallet history. It does not and cannot establish that a trader possessed material non-public information, that a trade was illegal, that a wallet address belongs to a specific person or entity, or that any coordination occurred.

The great majority of trades flagged by Polytrack, including HIGH severity trades, are not insider trading. Large or unusual trades happen for many ordinary reasons: high conviction, hedging, market making, arbitrage, news reaction, portfolio rebalancing, or simple coincidence. Treat every label, alert, and ranking on Polytrack as a starting point for your own research, not as an accusation against any wallet or person, and not as a signal that a market outcome is more or less likely to occur.

You are solely responsible for any trading, investment, or other financial decision you make. Do not buy, sell, or hold any position, and do not follow, copy, or fade any wallet, because of a Polytrack severity label or alert. If you choose to act on information from the Service, you do so entirely at your own risk and after your own independent research and judgment.

Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation.

Polytrack dashboard access is paid access; there is no free trial. You can pay through either of two independent, unrelated payment providers, and your choice does not affect which dashboard features you can use:

  • Crypto (Suby): a one-time payment of $99.99, processed by Suby, grants permanent lifetime access tied to your account email. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible; confirm the amount and destination before completing checkout.
  • Card - Weekly (Stripe): $10.00 per week, billed automatically in advance every week until you cancel.
  • Card - Yearly (Stripe): $99.99 per year, billed automatically in advance every year until you cancel.

Cancellation, renewal failures, and refunds.

You can cancel a Stripe (weekly or yearly) subscription at any time; email the contact address below and we will process the cancellation, or use any self-serve cancellation option made available in the dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewal charges - it does not refund the current, already-paid billing period, and access continues until that period ends.

If a card payment fails, Stripe may retry it; access is not removed the moment a single payment fails, but is removed once the underlying subscription is actually canceled (by you, or by Stripe after retries are exhausted). Because the Suby lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring billing, it is never affected by a Stripe payment failure, and a Stripe subscription failing or being canceled never removes lifetime access you already purchased through Suby.

All payments, whether one-time (Suby) or recurring (Stripe), are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed by us in writing. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error; we review these requests individually and a refund is offered at our discretion where the law does not otherwise require one.

No warranty; limitation of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that monitored data is complete or error-free, that severity labels or alerts are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure, or that any defect will be corrected. See the Limitations page for specific, known gaps in coverage, identity, scoring, and alert delivery.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLYTRACK, ITS OPERATOR, AND THEIR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY SEVERITY LABEL, ALERT, RANKING, OR OTHER CONTENT IT DISPLAYS - EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you in full.

Indemnification, acceptable use, and termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold Polytrack and its operator harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any trading or financial decision you make in connection with information from the Service.

You must not use the Service to harass, defame, or make unfounded public accusations against a specific person based on a severity label or wallet address; scrape, resell, or redistribute monitored data or alerts at scale without permission; attempt to reverse-engineer the classifier or bypass access controls; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for a violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or a request from a payment provider or law enforcement.

Changes to these Terms and governing law.

We may update these Terms as the Service, providers, or pricing change. The "Reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you disagree with a change, stop using the Service and, for a Stripe subscription, cancel it.

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Polytrack resides or is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer-protection law gives you additional rights that cannot be waived. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

FAQ

Questions about payment and liability.

Does a HIGH severity label mean a trade is insider trading?

No. It means the trade matched Polytrack's configured screening conditions most strongly. It is not a finding of insider trading, and most flagged trades - including HIGH severity ones - are not insider trading.

Is Polytrack financial or investment advice?

No. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.

Is Polytrack liable if I lose money trading on Polymarket?

No. Polytrack does not place trades or manage funds, and under these Terms is not liable for trading, investment, or other financial losses connected to your use of the Service. See the limitation of liability section above.

Is my Suby crypto payment refundable?

Generally no. It is a one-time payment for permanent lifetime access; like most cryptocurrency payments it is not reversible once confirmed. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

How do I cancel a Stripe subscription?

Email polytrack.cash@gmail.com, or use any self-serve cancellation option available in the dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period is not refunded.

Does a failed card payment remove my access immediately?

No. A single failed payment marks the subscription past due while Stripe retries; access is only removed once the subscription is actually canceled.
